Vinification :
Handpicked; direct pressing; vinification under strictly controlled temperatures. Matured and refined on fine lees in vats and barrels. Bottled 8 months after harvesting.
Tasting :
Beautiful pale yellow color with green highlights.
Expressive, fruity nose with citrus and cherry plum notes, and a very fine aromatic intensity developing into floral notes.
Lively attack, fine acidity and freshness, with a full, fruity body in the mouth: notes of citrus fruit, baked pineapple and meringue.
The wine has a good length in the mouth.
Keeping time: 1 to 2 years
Goes well with: fish, shellfish.
