Label of origin: Wine made with Surmuris grapes

Type of vine: 100% Muscat "Petit Grain"

Area: 0.5ha

Yield: 12 hl/ha with research on Botrytis ("noble rot")

Vinification: without wishing to plagiarize "Sauterne" wines, we apply their vinification method to the letter, including fermentation in 400-liter barrels, to 30% of the harvest.

Tasting :
Fine golden color with honey highlights.
The aromatic bouquet is intense, with almond, honey, West Indian vanilla and candied bitter orange notes.
In the mouth, it is the very essence of power and concentration! Incredibly rich in sugar, it has pleasing aromas of candied citrus fruit, quince and greengage clafoutis. The finish is persistent, warm and spicy, with a light hint of gentian.

Goes well with: foie gras and chocolate cake
