Vinification :
Rose "saignee\ (when part of the wine is run off during fermentation to increase concentration); vinification under strictly controlled temperatures. Matured and refined on fine lees in vats. Bottled 8 months after harvesting
Tasting :
Very fine color: brilliant light pink with blue highlights.
Nose with very fine aromatic intensity, white flowers, acacia and peach, developing towards fruity notes and ending on a smoky note.
The attack is sweet and full in the mouth, and the aromas of the bouquet return, with its floral notes and its touch of menthol.
The wine is powerful and long in the mouth.
Keeping time: 1 to 2 years
Goes well with: fish, shellfish, grilled meats, salads.
