Chef Alexandre Caillaud
In early 2023, a new high-end culinary offering will see the light of day as Chef Alexandre Caillaud takes charge of the kitchen.
He completed his culinary apprenticeship in prestigious establishments with exceptional chefs such as Vincent Arnould, MOF 2007, Patrick Orly, the starred chef from Béziers or the discreet and fabulous Alain Chapel, mentor to Alain Ducasse, Joël Robuchon, Jacques Pourcel and many others.
Chef Alexandre Caillaud enjoys cooking mushrooms, green asparagus, truffles, red tuna, scallops and pigeon. The latter, in its astonishing interpretation, is favored on the grand menu.
